Why Christmas décor
is decided in October.
A quick reality check for brands planning Christmas décor: the best installations are booked in October. Here is the timeline we work with, and what it means if you are still deciding.

Week 1: concept and moodboard
Every installation starts with an idea that fits the brand and the space. In the first week we agree on the concept, the palette and the moodboard, so everyone sees the same picture before anything is produced.
Weeks 2–4: sourcing and custom production
This is where most of the time goes. Materials are sourced and custom pieces are produced to the measurements of your windows, entrance or store. It cannot be rushed without giving something up.
Installation: outside opening hours
We install when the store is closed, usually over one or two nights, so your customers and your team are never disturbed. The doors open the next morning on a finished space.
Removal: right after the season
When the season ends, the décor comes down right away, and the space goes back to normal without you having to think about it.
Why October matters
The timeline is the same for every brand, and the season starts on the same date for everyone. Booking in October gives the concept, the sourcing and the production the time they need.
Still thinking in mid-November?
It is not too late. But choices get smaller every week: fewer materials, less production time and fewer installation nights. The earlier we start, the more options you keep.
