Event branding is everything a guest sees between the entrance and the stage. We design the event identity and roll it out across media walls, pillars, wayfinding, backdrops, tables and decor, then print and install it on site so the room looks exactly like the design.
How we do it
Designed, printed and installed
We take event branding through the full cycle: identity, artwork for every surface, production files, printing and installation. Owning the whole process means colours match, sizes fit the venue and nothing arrives on the day that has not been checked.
Proven in Saudi Arabia
In Riyadh we branded the FMF Gala Dinner at Kempinski Riyadh in January 2024 for around 400 guests, with Aramco, Manara and Ma'aden among its sponsors. In Al Khobar we branded the ADL event in May 2025, again for around 400 guests. Both were delivered with our production partner ProductionLab.
Decor that photographs well
Balloon installations, LED cubes, step-and-repeat walls and sculptural signage are built to look good in person and on camera, because most guests will see your event again on social media.

Yes. We build an event identity that sits alongside sponsor logos and guidelines, as we did for the FMF Gala Dinner with Aramco, Manara and Ma'aden.
