The 48 hours
before an event.

Guests see three hours. We see the 48 before. Here is what really happens behind the scenes, and why the best events feel effortless.

Trucks at 6 am

Installation days start early. Structures, screens, furniture and décor arrive in a planned order, because a venue is never free for as long as you would like.

Measurements that don't match the floor plan

Every venue has surprises: a column that was not on the drawing, a door narrower than expected, a lower ceiling. We measure on site before production and keep a crew ready to adjust.

A print that came out a shade too dark

Colours shift between a screen and fabric. We check proofs, keep spares of key pieces and work with suppliers who can reprint overnight.

One more hour of rigging

Stage, lighting and sound always need time. Tech checks and rehearsals are built into the schedule, not squeezed in at the end.

A plan B for every supplier

The secret is not avoiding problems. It is having a crew that has seen them before and a backup for every key supplier.

Effortless is the whole job

By the time the first guest walks in, the room should feel effortless. To every crew member who has slept three hours before an opening: this one is for you.
