How to plan a
product launch in Lebanon.
We have produced launches for automotive brands in Lebanon, including the Mercedes-Benz Certified opening in Thoum for 450 guests. Here is the process we follow, step by step.

1. Start with one clear goal
Decide what the launch must achieve: press coverage, test drives, pre-orders, dealer excitement or social reach. One main goal shapes every other choice, from the guest list to the run of show.
2. Build the timeline backwards
Four to eight weeks is comfortable for a large launch. Fix the date, then work backwards: concept and budget in week one, venue and key suppliers by week two, branding and production files by week four, rehearsals in the final days. A tight timeline is possible when one team owns the whole chain.
3. Choose a venue that tells the story
Your own showroom feels authentic and saves budget; an outdoor or unusual venue creates a bigger moment. Check capacity, power, parking, access for installation and how the space looks on camera.
4. Design the reveal
Every launch needs one moment people film: a drone show, an LED reveal, a performance or a dramatic unveiling. Plan it first, then build the evening around it.
5. Manage the guests
Segment invitations by VIPs, clients, media and partners, confirm RSVPs, and plan hosts, welcome drinks and catering for the real number of guests.
6. Plan the content before the night
Brief photographers and videographers on the shots you need, and schedule same-night posts so the launch keeps working after guests leave.
7. Keep one point of contact
The most reliable launches have one producer managing stage, lighting, sound, decor, entertainment, catering and coverage, so decisions take hours instead of days.
