How much does an
event cost in Lebanon?
Every brief we get asks the same question first. The honest answer is that it depends on a few clear choices. Here is what moves the budget, so you can plan yours before talking to any agency.

Guest count
The number of guests drives catering, seating, staff, parking and venue size. A launch for 100 guests and one for 450 are different events, not the same event made bigger.
Venue
Your own showroom or office saves the venue fee and feels authentic. Hotels include furniture and catering but limit suppliers; outdoor venues need everything brought in, from power to toilets.
Production
Stage, lighting, sound and screens are often the largest line. LED screens and a proper lighting design change how the event looks on camera, which matters for the content afterwards.
Décor and branding
Entrance, media wall, table styling and signage. Reusable structures and printed fabric keep costs down; custom builds cost more but make the photos.
Entertainment and the reveal moment
A DJ, live band, performers, a drone show or an LED reveal. One strong moment usually does more than several small ones.
Catering
Canapés, a seated dinner or food stations, plus drinks. Priced per guest, so it scales directly with your guest list.
Content
Photographers, videographers, drone and same-night edits. Budget for it from the start: the content is what keeps the event working after the night.
Timing
Weekends, December and summer are in demand. Booking four to eight weeks ahead gives better rates and more choice than a rushed two-week brief.
How to get an accurate quote
Send the agency your goal, date, guest count, venue (if known) and a budget range. A range is not a trap: it lets us show what is possible for your budget instead of guessing.
