The gala dinner
branding checklist.
From the FMF Gala Dinner at Kempinski Riyadh to the ADL event in Al Khobar, these are the touchpoints we brand at every gala dinner in Saudi Arabia.

Arrival and entrance
Welcome signage, a branded entrance arch or tunnel, directional totems from the car drop-off and a registration desk that matches the event identity.
Media and sponsor walls
A step-and-repeat wall sized for group photos, lit properly, with sponsor logos placed according to their tier and guidelines.
Pillars and wayfinding
Venues often have columns that can carry the theme. Wrapped pillars and floor graphics guide guests and make the room feel designed end to end.
Stage and screens
Stage backdrop, podium branding and screen content: opening loops, speaker names, sponsor slides and award graphics.
Tables and details
Table numbers, menus, place cards, centrepieces and napkin details. Guests spend most of the night at the table, so this is where the brand is seen up close.
Sponsors and guidelines
Collect every sponsor logo and guideline early and agree the hierarchy before design starts. It avoids last-minute changes on site.
Production and installation
Confirm venue measurements, materials, printing lead times and installation access early. Our gala dinners in Saudi Arabia were delivered in collaboration with ProductionLab, who brought us on board for the event branding, so every piece we designed was built and installed exactly to plan.
